Amy loves creating community through yoga, and offers a wide range of classes both online and in-person, classes include; vinyasa, yin, pregnancy, mum & baby and toddler yoga.
In-person pregnancy, mum & baby and toddler yoga classes take place the Miners and Mechanics Institute, St Agnes, Cornwall (TR5 0TL). The studio is next to easy village parking, lots of places for coffee and the beach.
Online yoga classes can be done from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world!

If you’re looking for a little more flexibility when it comes to your yoga practise, Amy also offers an extensive range of online, on-demand yoga courses, so you can do yoga from home as often as you like! Courses include pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga and her joyful online monthly subscription vinyasa & yin yoga classes.
