Amy’s vinyasa & yin yoga classes are taught online via her flexible and fun loving monthly subscription class offering. Vinyasa yoga is a physical style of yoga that combines breath with movement to build heat, strength and flexibility. Yin yoga is a quieter, slower style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time, between 3-5 minutes, allowing you to reach deeper into the tissues of the body and find time for some much needed rest. Classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners.

- Live zoom weekly vinyasa yoga class Saturday 9am-10am.
- Live zoom weekly yin yoga class Tuesday 7.15pm-8.15pm.
- Class recordings available after class if you can’t attend a live.
- Weekly 20-30 minute pre-recorded class.
- Little extras such as pranayama & technique sessions.
- On-going access to large library of recorded classes.
- Membership to our fun loving, supportive yoga community and closed FB group.
