Why pick me?
I have been in the yoga industry for over 14 years and involved in mentoring and education for over 22, being self-employed, female, in a service-based industry, where you have to ‘put yourself out there’, isn’t easy, I know! As a yoga teacher, we have two roles; teacher and business owner, my background and experience uniquely positions me to help you with both.
Learning from my successes and mistakes I’ve created my own profitable, sustainable yoga business, (that I love), working both in-person and online. I have in-depth experience of teaching weekly classes, delivering workshops, running studios, creating online courses, and delivering a range of teacher training programmes.
The yoga industry is worth over $88 billion globally, and is projected to grow to $215 billion by 2025, so why not you? I am on a mission to help yoga teachers create the business of their dreams, spread the light that is yoga and make money! I know if I can do it, you can too, it is your time to thrive.
I am a registered Yoga Alliance Professionals trainer and coach, and IPHM approved training provider, this is a 100-hour accredited further training, by both YAP and the IPHM.
MENTORING & EDUCATION

Highly supportive, personalised group mentoring and further training programme for fully qualified yoga teachers at all stages of career and business development, with the option to work with me 1:1 for more in-depth support.
This 100-hour course is delivered online via an innovative mix of monthly group coaching calls and teaching clinics, ongoing support in a private community away from FaceBook, and on-demand self-study training and classes.
SUPPORT, TRAINING AND COMMUNITY
You are supported by me over 6 months through monthly live calls and from inside our private community space hosted on Circle. I become your personal cheerleader, there to guide you and answer your questions whenever you need me.
There are three live calls each month; two group coaching calls and a teaching clinic, supporting you to both teach confidently and run your business with ease. You can ask questions in advance of the live calls, and all are available for replay, forming a valuable additional library of resources that you have access to.
There is also the option to work with me 1:1, with all of the goodness above plus a 1:1 60 minute strategy session, personalised review of your business, monthly check-ins, tailored goals for accountability and on-going support via WhatsApp and email.
COACHING CALLS
Our two monthly coaching calls combine pre-submitted questions, with hot-seat coaching, covering everything from teaching to running your yoga business, with replays always available.
TEACHING CLINICS
Our monthly teaching clinics explore all aspects of teaching yoga, with a 60-minute class just for you, followed by Q & A relating to the teaching side of your yoga business.
OUR COMMUNITY
You can ask for support and feedback anytime in our supportive private community. There are additional spaces for celebrating your wins and watching the valuable replays of our live calls.
PERSONAL SUPPORT
You are personally supported through our monthly live calls and in our community. There is the option to work 1:1 with me, which includes a strategy session, monthly check-ins and on-going WhatsApp and email support.

The many aspects of running a business can feel overwhelming, especially when perhaps you set out just to teach yoga, and hadn’t really thought about the business side of things. This was totally me, but I’ve realised over the years that to share the light that is yoga, I also need to run my business, and the only person who ever makes this complicated is me!
“The Business of Teaching Yoga” is a 6-module, self-study training that supports you to get clear on your why, and what you truly long to do. Shows you how to navigate self-limiting beliefs and your beautiful brain with compassion, along with easy-to-manage steps to create a profitable yoga business that totally honours you.
Delivered through a combination of short actionable videos and audio files, with supportive tasks, that effortlessly guide you through all the ‘business hats’ that a yoga teacher wears. Demystifying the aspects of running a business that appears hard, and supports you in getting clear on your messaging, marketing, offers and systems so that your business can run with ease, help people and make money!
MODULE 1 - Your desires and why
Reverse engineer your dream business and life, built from the hollering of your heart. Find your higher self, learn to listen to her and create a business built from your why. When you are clear on your soul’s purpose, and say yes to what lights you up you’ll be surprised how your yoga business flows and grows.
MODULE 2 - Mind stuff and money
Running a business is at least 80% mindset, with the human brain hard-wired to keep us safe. Learn to navigate self-limiting beliefs with compassion to take action without additional stress. Heal your relationship with money to set aligned prices, knowing it is safe to teach yoga and make money.
MODULE 3 -Magnetic marketing
Marketing is simply talking to people, building relationships and knowing who your offer is for. Finding your tribe, building your community, and being visible through your website, mailing list and social media are easier than you think.
MODULE 4 - Selling is service
You know the transformation and value of yoga, yet we often feel ‘icky’ when it comes to selling, and unknowingly create friction. Selling is service and can be completely ethical using the principles of yoga we know so well.
MODULE 5 - Working smarter
Yoga teachers wear many hats in their business. Learn how to create boundaries to reduce admin time and techniques and systems for working smarter, not harder.
MODULE 6 - Scaling your business

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE LIVE Calls and OUR COMMUNITY ?
You have 6 months of access to our online community space, hosted on the Circle platform. Our community includes a chat forum where you can have your questions answered anytime and three monthly live calls, one teaching clinic and two coaching calls. After your initial 6 months, if you’d like to remain part of our community, and keep attending the monthly live calls, you can for just £39 p/m.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE SELF-STUDY TRAINING AND BONUSES
The on-demand, self-study course “The Business of Teaching Yoga”, is hosted on the Teachable platform, and you have ongoing access to this and the bonus courses, and any updates for the lifetime of the course. Lifetime is a minimum of 12 months of access.
WHAT IS CIRCLE? WILL I NEED AN APP?
Our community is hosted on the amazing platform that is Circle, think FB but a million times better! You can access our community space via your web browser or use the Circle App. You can also set up email notifications so you can stay up-to-date with all that is happening in our community. The recordings of our monthly teaching clinics and coaching calls are also found here.
ARE RECORDINGS AVAILABLE OF LIVE CALLS?
YES! They are all available in our community space for replay.
IF I CAN'T MAKE A LIVE CALL CAN I STILL ASK A QUESTION?
YES! You can ask a question in our chat forum area. You can also submit questions for coaching calls in advance via email or ask a question about a live call after you’ve watched it on the replay, your questions will always be answered.

I am passionate about helping you thrive and be successful. I totally believe in you and your yoga business. However, if you join and realise within 14 days of your purchase I am not the mentor for you, you can request a refund that will be honoured.
