Amy has taught pregnancy and postnatal yoga for over 10 years, and continues to teach busy weekly classes, as well as growing two bumps of her own. This course is born out of years of experience of working with pre and postnatal women, and a deep desire to ensure as many women as possible have access to yoga whilst they are growing a baby. As part of the mentoring during the course Amy will help you to create a yoga offering that effectively serves your mums and mums-to-be.
The course is open to all yoga teachers and non-yoga teachers from related specialist back-grounds.
