Mum & baby yoga is an interactive yoga practise between you and your baby, combining yoga that focuses on strengthening and toning the body, re-discovering the core and pelvic floor, plus yoga with your baby, including baby massage, songs and yoga poses together.   Mum & baby yoga classes are suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post caesarean birth.  This is an in-person class based at Amy’s St Agnes studio.

Amy is dedicated to supporting women to heal successfully after having a baby and has created an online postnatal yoga course that will support you in reclaiming and rediscovering your body post baby, helping to gently strengthen, tone and release tension.

The course includes three core classes: yoga in the first 6 weeks after birth; yoga 6 to 12 weeks postpartum and yoga 12 weeks postpartum and beyond. Also included are specialist classes on common postpartum conditions, including yoga for diastasis recti, pelvic floor health, back pain, neck & shoulder tension, wrist & thumb joint pain and caesarean recovery, as well as a much needed restorative yoga class. The course also includes two recordings of Amy’s studio based postnatal and mum & baby yoga classes.
