MUM & BABY YOGA
Mum & baby yoga is an interactive yoga practise between you and your baby, combining yoga that focuses on strengthening and toning the body, re-discovering the core and pelvic floor, plus yoga with your baby, including baby massage, songs and yoga poses together. Mum & baby yoga classes are suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post caesarean birth. Depending on baby’s age there are two class options for mum & baby yoga.
Mum & Baby Yoga Tuesday 11.15am-12.15pm (babies 6 weeks to 7 months)
Mum Yoga Friday 12.15-1.15pm (babies 7 to 14 months)
This is an in-person class based at the MMI, St Agnes.
POSTNATAL YOGA ON-DEMAND
This in-depth, online postnatal yoga course combines 5 recorded live classes and pre-recorded content, supporting you in reclaiming and rediscovering your body post pregnancy, helping to gently strengthen, tone and release tension.
Finding time away from your baby for self-care is challenging but really important, this course includes shorter classes, making it flexible and easier to fit around your baby and is suitable for any woman 6 weeks postpartum.
