Restorative Training

The true art of nervous system regulation

IN-PERSON TRAINING

SEASPACE PORTH

For yoga teachers, body workers, coaches & healthcare professionals

Next course 14th & 15th November 2026

Hi I’m Amy!

I’ve been in education and training all of my working life, and teaching yoga since 2008 – eek!  In my 20s, I was a vinyasa queen, and then after the birth of my children, as I entered my late 30s, I discovered Yin yoga and fell in love with this slower practice.

This story may sound clichéd, but it’s true!  As I approach my late 40s, I still love a sun salutation and I still need the stretching offered by Yin yoga, but I also need something much deeper.

And that is restorative yoga.  I believe, regardless of age or stage of life, modern life as we find it, our nervous systems all need the reset and recharge offered by restorative yoga.

My hope is that people don’t wait until they’re in their mid-40s like me before utilising this magical practice.  Through this course we can all share the healing that restorative yoga offers.

If energy is everything, every person that you help through this practice will add to the collective healing.   That’s a mission I think we can all get behind.
