Ep. 91 – Corporate Wellness

Today I am joined by the lovely Claire who trained with me last year to be a yoga teacher and is now working on growing her yoga business and refining her teaching skills inside my mentoring programme.

Claire is leading the way as to what is possible in your first year of teaching.  An amazing opportunity to teach yoga within her workspace has helped Claire to connect to her ‘why’.

Having suffered from workplace anxiety, Claire knows the power of yoga, the power of breath work and mindfulness within the workplace.

I hope we move to a world where wellness in the workplace is standard.

And if this way of working interests you then connecting with local businesses and putting together your bespoke wellness package for them is a great way to work as a yoga teacher or other wellness entrepreneur.

Claire’s story should inspire you all to consider work beyond the scope of offers to the public.

Corporate wellness is on the rise, are you ready to be part of this movement, remember my mantra “Make offers, make money”!
