Ep. 43 – Progress In Your Yoga Business

An Easter holiday minisode today!

In today’s short episode, I talk about how progress is not and cannot physically be an upward trajectory.  That progress in your yoga business will have growth and rest phases.

And it’s the rest phases so often where the magic happens, where we receive ideas and inspiration as to where to go next.

I am someone who receives a lot of ideas, and I have learned over the years to rest, receive and then give myself some time to consider what I have received.  Is it really what I want to do?  Does it truly light me up?  This stops me from creating too many new things all at once or following ideas that actually aren’t meant for me!

Create space for rest, both in terms of time off and holiday, and in your weekly and daily routine.

Effort and rest are like strengthen and flexibility, yin & yang, they are needed in equal measure, it just so often we value one (normally effort), over the other.
