Ep. 42 – Becoming A Yoga Teacher-Trainer

Today I am joined by my dear friend and experienced teacher-trainer Nathalie Bennett from Live Love Yoga.

We share the story of our relationship, which is supportive and collaborative, based on the shared ethos that there truly is room for us all, and supporting each other to thrive is something we all should strive to do in the yoga industry.

Together we discuss how our educational experiences led to our roles as yoga teacher-trainers, why we became trainers and the evolution of that journey.

And of course, how Covid resulted in us both now having online yoga teacher training courses!

What I love the most is our conversations around doing things differently, and how that leads to greater inclusivity within the yoga industry.

We briefly brave the loaded topic of awarding yoga bodies, in the unregulated world that is yoga.

It’s jammed packed full of gold-dust information regardless of what stage of business you are at, and is particularly useful if you are considering adding in some form of training into your offer suit.
