Ep.37 – Why Feelings Of Resentment And Frustration Arise.

This episode is the last in my 3-part series where I’ve picked up questions and common issues that came up during my free live launch event “The profitable Yoga Business Roadmap”.

So many teachers communicated to me – for various reasons – feelings of resentment and frustration.

I know that neither of these emotions are pleasant, but I’m going to go all out here and say they are a part of the practice of running a business.  In our case as yoga teachers, a service-based business, a solo entrepreneur – where we’re more than likely to be female.

Frustration and resentment are signs we’re out of alignment, that something is off.

Remember thoughts become things and what we focus on expands.  Frustration and resentment show us what we don’t want, use them to turn to what you do want – rather than stay focused on what you don’t!

Feelings of resentment and frustration are blessings, they’re how the universe guides us to where we should be.
